Refund/Exchange Policy

For purchases made 0 to 2 weeks ago, a 25% processing and restocking fee applies. For purchases made 2 to 4 weeks ago, a 50% processing and restocking fee applies. After 4 weeks, refunds are not available except for approved warranty claims.

Limited Warranty and Limited Remedy

Reflek Technologies Corporation warrants FlexiShield paint protection film and window film lines to be free from manufacturing and workmanship defects for 10 years from the date of installation on painted automotive surfaces. This warranty covers fading, color change, cracking, bubbling, and delamination.

Warranty Details by Product

FlexiShield DFR: 1-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield DFR PRO: 2-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination, plus a 1-year warranty for top-coat damage including minor scratches and abrasions.
FlexiShield DFR PRO Lite: 2-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination, plus a 1-year warranty for top-coat damage including minor scratches and abrasions.
FlexiShield MAT: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield Cosmetic PPF Series 1: 5-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield Cosmetic PPF Series 2: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield HDL: 3-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield HP: 5-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield STH: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield WSH: 10-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.
FlexiShield WSH PRO: 12-year warranty for cracking, bubbling, or delamination.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover products installed on vehicles used for commercial or professional activities such as racing cars, courier fleets, or rentals, nor does it cover marine applications such as houseboats or yachts.

Making a Warranty Claim

For a faster claim process, register your product. Replacement of defective film is the only compensation offered and requires valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealership. Labor costs are not covered. All claims should be addressed to the original installer first. Reflek Technologies will provide manufacturer coverage only if the installer cannot resolve the claim.

Additional Legal Terms

Implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period. FlexiShield and the installer are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the product, except where prohibited by law.

PPF Aftercare Instructions

For the first 7 days, do not wash your car, avoid using towels on the film especially near edges, and avoid high-pressure car washes. For the first 3 days, limit your speed to 50 mph (80 km/h). It is normal to see some residual water under the film, which will evaporate within 15 to 30 days, faster in direct sunlight. When cleaning, avoid strong acids or alkalis because they can reduce gloss over time. If you see lifting or bubbling, contact your installer for professional help and do not cut or peel the film yourself. Self-healing and water-repellent properties do not guarantee protection under extreme conditions, so wash off bird droppings and bugs within 72 hours to prevent residue penetration. Use high-quality microfiber cloths to avoid staining the film.
